As students in the Mozilla courses work on their first builds, they are posting blog entries, aggregated here.  The build stories are pouring in, and the number of early successes is very satisfying.  I think that much of the credit for this belongs to Benjamin Smedberg and his marvelous Mozilla Build.  Tomorrow Ted Mielczarek (luser), platform engineer at Mozilla, is coming to give a talk on all things buildilicous.

If you're at Seneca tomorrow, swing by the Lower Kaleidoscope room in SEQ from 11:40 - 1:30 and be enlightened.  For those that won't be here, we'll be filming and posting it to the web.  Either way you'll want to hear what he has to say about learning the dark arts of the Mozilla build system.
